Was there something wrong with the ';static test cases'; for Collins system-to-be ?

Not necessarily, I think it was mainly short sightedness by the creators of the program or their naivety about subdafuge, nobody was paying enough attention to all the details, afterall, one small problem can create a much bigger one later on if not picked up quickly which was sadly the case :)Was there something wrong with the ';static test cases'; for Collins system-to-be ?
The static test case proved completely ineffective as most businesses require a fluid system. Collins was ill equipped to assess the situation and soon was overcome with officious busybodies trying their darndest to simulate havoc, never realizing that simulating havoc is the same an UNsimulating havoc. There is no turning back. Was there something wrong with the ';static test cases'; for Collins system-to-be ?
Yes, money without a well defined mission.
