Can I claim bank charges back yet? Or is it still in the test case thing?

Just had one of these computerised phone calls asking me to claim my bank charges back but I thought that was still being fought in court?!?Can I claim bank charges back yet? Or is it still in the test case thing?
The test case is still going on . But it does not stop you making a claim now . So that when its over if it goes for the customer they will have to pay out automatically. Good luck. Can I claim bank charges back yet? Or is it still in the test case thing?
I managed to claim back 3 grand of mine. Go to http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim鈥?/a>

This gives you a step by step guide and was invaluable when I claimed mine back.
People have been doing it for ages!

Check out this BBC website on how to go about it:

No! Its still ';the test case thing';. Banks have been given the right to ignore requests until this is resolved.

EDIT

I am not making this up! Look, this lists the companies which have a waiver from the FSA to ignore requests for refunds, and clearly there is a long time left:

Of course *if* the case is resolved before then this will change. But as it stands it isn't, and most have stopped giving money out completely. Unsuprisingly.

All these people saying otherwise - do you actually know this? Have you actually reclaimed recently (i.e. since the FSA waiver was in place)?! I have - and have been told to wait!

The vague advice from some is to put a claim in now, just to show you are serious - but you will not get any money yet.
yes you can,i got over 3 thousand back at a cost of 15 hundred
the case has not been resolved as yet...those computerised calls are to get you to sign up with them...they want about 60pence in ever pound you win back...the judge should rule in our favour...then we don't have to pay these con artists...
Yes you can
