A test-case is done for the purpose of seeing how the end result will fare, and to be able to observe the project at every step, from inception to completion.
If you were actually working on the test case you'd have a very good idea how the end project would turn out. If you were not working on the test case, and had any reason at all to believe you were not being told the truth about the end result of the test, in my opinion, You'd be conscience-bound to tell the person in charge of the project what you suspect, and why, If the person in charge doesn't show any concern for the integrity for the accuracy of the test I'd feel compelled to leave the job.
