I have a ContactManager App. How to create a TEST CASE for this application?

Pick up an existing case that is already done. List all the manual processes that you followed. Try mapping the same on the App.(In case you were still planning an application then you could see whatever solution fitted best your manual process). Once that is achieved -you will have to review and fine tune the steps involved. Try this with a sample of contacts -look for variations in processes and events.





Eventually you should be able to achieve a smooth run.
