How would an original manufacturer or other organization ';accredit'; the test cases for a robotics system?

Won't accreditation likely be piecemeal, with there initially being caveats on using certain features of the robotics system ?

Won't a customer tend to think ';It all works. So we can use all the functionality safely'; ? When in reality a subset of the testcases may have been ';accredited'; by the accreditation authority.

Presumably some sort of interlocks are built-in, to stop anyone using the unproven functionality. But what would stop uninformed customer staff from modifying the system to remove the interlocks. There seems to need to be an extra level of accreditation, to check that such interlocks are still in place. How would an original manufacturer or other organization ';accredit'; the test cases for a robotics system?
A broader public readership could answer your question if you could explain what you mean by ';accredit';.

The origin of robotic system would be back to England or somewhere in Europe. Then, the foundation of robotic was in U.S. who mainly apply it in auto-making and chips making.

Then Japanese joined the game to make it more robust and effective. Also Japanese diverse its application and adding more intelligence into robots.

Since every countries got its contribution, they are share the honor.
