I mean did they have information that Casey was having a sexual relationship with her brother?

Lee Anthony (Casey's brother) was tested for DNA to see if he was the father of Casey's child, Caylee. Casey had told several people that she ';didn't trust Lee,'; and that on occasion he had approached her in sexual ways.





This evidently led to rumors that Lee might be Caylee's father, since the ';real'; father is known only to Casey, and I supposed people just figured that as dysfunctional as this family is, perhaps it also involved incest.





The DNA tests proved that Lee is NOT Caylee's father.

Casey is just so weird anyway. She has no feeling for that child and has shed tears only for HERSELF. If Lee were the father the child would have been an Idiot She was not. She was an adorable and smart little girl. I liked Lee and George but Cindy is in denial big time. Casey is psychopathic, selfish and boy crazy. They can say what they want about bailman Leonard Padia but he nailed the personalities of these people early on.
Ugh!That's disgusting!Well,we don't know about it over here ';across the pond';but if the Police want to test her bro,then I'm sure it's just to eliminate him from the enquiry-maybe to tighten up the case against Casey Anthony?
Because when cops were questioning her, as to the whereabouts of her daughter......she did what most murderers would do in that situation. She spoon fed the cops 3,000 false leads to follow up on, that would take the heat off HER. One of those ';HOT LEADS';.....was no doubt to implicate her own brother, her parents, the tooth fairy.....and quite frankly......she thinks the Easter Bunny was looking at the kid kinda funny last Easter too. Needless to say......she had no good explanations or alibi's for her OWN behavior.....and it didn't take too long, for the cops to put two and two together........(but still an absurd long time. ) But knowing she did it, and PROVING she did it, in a court of law, are two different things, as any good prosecutor will tell you. Think OJ Simpson......or the Jon Benet Ramsey Case......





same thing.............blame everyone including SANTA CLAUS, in the Jon Benet, case.....and OJ tried to blame ';Columbian Drug Cartels';.





All of these idiots, needs to be taken and horse whipped, until they gladly provide the TRUTH about they did.





Why FRITZEL is even still alive.......is astonishing. Take him out......hang him publicly......and be done with.





That fact that he was even ALLOWED to plead NOT GUILTY........makes a MOCKERY of any justice system.





The evidence was ridiculously overwhelming.





Then he ';graciously'; changed his plea to GUILTY.

That is true, but I think Casey and Lee have an unnaturally close relationship to begin with. Any man who would have slept w/her had to be blind drunk.
