Was there something wrong with the ';dynamic test cases'; for Collins system-to-be ?

I think their logic was sound but they were'nt forward thinking enough to see problems in their programs design, but then again who can foresee sabotage :)Was there something wrong with the ';dynamic test cases'; for Collins system-to-be ?
I would say that that is putting it mildly. How tactful of you, by the way. Collins was a blushing ';system to be'; and was summarily left at the altar, when test cases realized it's mistake. It just caught the first bus out of town. The priest was embarrassed for Collins but still asked for his fee. Collins stormed out and was last seen in a ditch, drinking Woolite from the bottle. Was there something wrong with the ';dynamic test cases'; for Collins system-to-be ?
Yes, but it was difficult to determine at the time.
