Can anyone link a website or tell me about the Argos test case?

The one where Argos accidentally prices 拢299 televisions for 拢2.99.

I need to know the outcome of the case and any details.

Thanks. Can anyone link a website or tell me about the Argos test case?
No case to answer - the adverts are placed using E%26amp;OE in the advertising literature/internet advertising - meaning Errors %26amp; Omissions Excepted.

They made a mistake and do not have to abide by the price structure to customers.

Woolworths had the same issue a few yeas back and it is a commom get out clause for companies
