Also, I was given a default Judgement due to my incarceration and was'nt able to have DNA testing on an alleged child.I need assistance with getting DNA testing, and to have my cases modified.?
Your attorney should have this covered but you can also head over to the Friend of the Court and request one. It may cost you up to $600 but if the judge gave you a default judgement, the state welfare department might be a place to start.
