Bank charges the test case?

Having got a claim against my bank i am intrested in the outcome





How do you think it will go?





I think it will be a long winded case as the judge will rule the charges unfair but the banks will do all they can to appealBank charges the test case?
The banks don't really have a leg to stand on, the charges are punitive and therefore are illegal.

No one knows how it will turn out. I am also waiting for the result. The test case appeared just after i applied. To be honest i think it will be jobs for the boys and the banks will win.Although i would like it to be the average man in the street.
One or two banks are running the show. Thanks to many republicans and some democrats. Hope you win, but honestly if attorney isn't working on contingency fee, then you maybe getting Shylock song and dance. You wouldn't believe regulations that existed at one time, and how few there are today.
Whichever way it goes we will lose. If they are made to pay back the charges, they will up charges elsewhere to compensate. Lose/lose situation for us really.
The banks can afford to play dirty, with your money.
by the time they come up with a conclusion I will have a load more charges to claim for, hehe
Me %26amp; my partner claimed back 拢2000 (don't ask how we got charged that much) and got 拢1800. In about 2 1/2 - 3 Months. So not too long. Good tho.

I think you will win eventually, but how long it takes is anyones guess.Good luck though.
